What do I need to get started?
Any device with a good internet connection is enough – just create an account and get stuck in. Preferably with a brew and biscuits!
How long does a course take?
On average, each course takes around 15 minutes to complete – but we advise allocating around 30 minutes to avoid rushing and really absorb the content.
How do I know which course is right for me?
Your head office may have given you instructions on the required courses, but we also provide handy 'learning paths' to choose from, based on the type of work you carry out.
How many times can I retake the exam?
As many times as you would like – but if you’re not successful the first few times, we suggest you return to the training video and make sure you really understand it.
How much does it cost?
Al of our courses are 100% free.
How do I get my certificate?
Every learner who passes the course exam (achieving over 80% correct answers) will be awarded a certificate. These certificates will be stored in your Learning Hub account, where you can view them at any time and print them out.
