What is the Learning Hub?

Product knowledge is a critical part of our user journey – so we decided to create a hub for product training, guidance, and certification. It brings together everything you need to learn about our products, how to install them correctly, and how to stay compliant.

Who is the training for?

Currently, our courses are aimed at installers of ARC products such as builders, roofers and contractors.

How long does a course take?

On average, each course takes around 15 minutes to complete – but we advise allocating around 30 minutes to avoid rushing and really absorb the content.

What do I need to get started?

Any device with a good internet connection is enough – just create an account and get stuck in. We'd recommend using a device with a large screen and preferably with a brew and biscuits!

How much does it cost?

All of our courses are 100% free.

Is the training CPD accredited?

ARC is not CPD accredited, however it can still count towards your CPD hours. CPD is about relevant learning, not just who accredits it. Just be sure to accurately log your time and learning.

How long do I get access for?

Forever! 

Can my whole team use it?

Yes! But every person must have their own account.
